$19,100 full day; $9,550 half day; subject to annual increase by tax cap growth factor on renewal

September 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, with up to five (5) additional one-year renewal terms

Lease may be extended for up to five additional one-year terms, each expiring June 30 of the following year, if a written extension is executed and signed by both parties on or before May 31 of the year in question. Rent for each renewal year will increase by the tax cap’s most recent allowable growth factor (lesser of 2% or CPI-U), and the lease cannot continue beyond ten consecutive years without State Education Department approval.
