TECHNOLOGY

Five-year agreement with free website design refresh during year four; automatically renews annually thereafter unless canceled 60 days before anniversary date

Initial term is five years with the annual fee locked at $2,170 for that period and a free website design refresh in year four. After five years of service, the agreement automatically renews each year on a one-year basis unless either party provides cancelation notice by email and letter at least 60 days before the annual anniversary date. Client may terminate with at least 60 days written notice prior to the applicable annual renewal date, but early termination before expiration does not relieve payment obligations for the full contract term.
