County agreement term ends April 30, 2026 and may only be renewed by written instrument executed by both parties. Flex Alert subscription term begins on the Commencement Date of device provision, runs for 12 months (or a pro‑rated initial term aligned to the County’s fiscal year, not exceeding 12 months), and automatically renews for successive 12‑month periods unless either party provides written notice of non‑renewal; customer may pre‑pay up to five additional 12‑month terms. Flex Alert services may also be terminated by Honeywell if it discontinues the product or for uncured breach, and by County under its separate termination provisions in the addendum.
