The Green Bay MPO programmed increased TAP funding for the Center for Childhood Safety’s youth bike and pedestrian safety program in FFY 2026–2028. The added $29,577 per year raises the federal share to approximately $92,000–$99,000 annually to expand staffing and program delivery.
