The City of Austin proposes an interlocal agreement with the Texas Department of State Health Services for Austin Public Health to provide mobile food vendor inspections, compliance investigations, and reporting. The agreement would pay up to $680,000 for an initial 13-month term starting July 1, 2026, with four optional one-year extensions for a total not to exceed $3,400,000.
