The City of Tustin will enter into an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with Tustin Legacy Mixed Use, LLC to negotiate the disposition and mixed-use development of approximately 52 acres within the Tustin Legacy Specific Plan area. The developer will provide a $250,000 good faith deposit to fund City staff and third-party costs over an initial 24‑month negotiation period, with a possible 6‑month extension.
