The City of Tustin is recommended to enter into an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with Tustin Legacy Mixed Use, LLC for the potential disposition and development of about 52 acres of City-owned land in the Tustin Legacy Specific Plan area. The developer will provide a $250,000 good faith deposit to cover City staff and third-party costs associated with negotiations.
