Description

Oviedo is considering an interlocal agreement with Seminole County to assign its full share of the five-cent local option fuel tax from 2027 through 2036 to help fund the Seminole Connector (S.R. 452) project. The Florida Department of Revenue would remit Oviedo’s projected ~$388,227 in annual fuel tax proceeds directly to the County during the assignment period.
