Hudson City Schools Awards Professional Services Contract to Bard College (June 2026)

Hudson City School District entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Bard College’s Master of Arts in Teaching Program for the 2026–2027 school year to host and mentor Bard MAT student teachers. Bard will provide prepared student teachers, supervision, mentor honoraria, and free mentoring professional development, with the agreement automatically renewing annually unless either party provides timely notice of termination.

Either party may also terminate for uncured material breach with 30 days’ notice, while allowing currently placed student teachers to complete their clinical experience.
