Initial term runs July 2026 to June 2027. The MOU automatically renews for successive one-year terms unless either party provides at least 90 days’ written notice of intent to terminate before the end of the then-current term. It may also be terminated immediately for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice or with at least 90 days’ prior written notice, with current student teachers allowed to complete their clinical experience.
