Agreement effective for Program Years 2027, 2028, and 2029 (10/1/2027–9/30/2030) and automatically renews for one successive three-year urban county qualification period unless either party submits written termination notice before the end of the qualification period to the other party and HUD. Agreement cannot be terminated or withdrawn while in effect until all CDBG, ESG, HOME funds and related program income are expended and activities completed, except if the County fails to qualify as an urban county or does not receive a grant in any year of the period.
