The Medford Parks and Recreation Foundation entered into a Donation Agreement with the Duke Trust and the Moores to accept a 14.5-acre Lone Pine Road parcel valued at $1,125,000 for future park use. The Foundation will cover closing and title costs and intends to convey the property to the City of Medford.
