City of College Place Awards Professional Services Contract to Contract Land Staff (August 2025)

David Evans and Associates, Inc. will enter into a subconsultant agreement with Contract Land Staff to provide right-of-way estimating and acquisition services for the City of College Place’s W. Whitman Drive Multiuse Pathway project. CLS will support ROW plans, valuations, and property negotiations within the term of the prime contract.
