Horizon City staff recommends approval of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority for engineering design work on the Dilley, Delake & Transit Center Project, including Cross River Drive and an expanded detention basin. The amendment will also allow completion of necessary environmental activities.
