Ivins City and Santa Clara City have approved a restated interlocal agreement whereby Santa Clara City will provide consolidated fire and EMS services for both municipalities starting July 1, 2026. Ivins City will reimburse Santa Clara based on a blended population and call volume formula. The agreement has a 6-year initial term and auto-renews in 6-year increments.
