The Township of Woolwich plans to retain 3BP Incorporated as consulting engineer for contract administration, construction inspection, and post construction services on the 2026 CIPP Sewer Lining Program at a cost of $94,962.43 after H.S.T. rebate. Council is requested to exempt this professional services selection from the Purchasing By-law due to 3BP’s specialized experience and prior work on the Township’s sanitary system.
