Renewal

The Collateral Assignment remains in effect until the Note is indefeasibly paid in full, all obligations under the Loan Documents are performed, and the Deed of Trust is released, at which time the Assignment automatically becomes null and void. Bank may reassign its interest without Owner’s consent; Owner may not amend or transfer the Master Development Agreement in ways adverse to Bank without notice, while the Assignment is in effect.
