The Town of Milton approved an agreement with Delaware Engineering, D.P.C. to conduct an updated feasibility study for renovation and expansion of the 1967 Highway Garage for future Town Hall use, at a cost not to exceed $10,000 plus incidentals. The Supervisor is authorized to sign all related documents and make necessary payments under the agreement.
