The City of Rochester plans to enter into a Septic System/Sanitary Sewer Utility Connection Agreement with LDA Homes LLC for the property at 1412 28th St SW. The agreement allows continued use and repair or replacement of a private septic system until municipal sewer becomes available, at which time the owner must connect and pay applicable charges.
