Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department will install a temporary 6" force main within the north 5' of the L-44 Canal right-of-way to provide temporary service to the BRGC PUD for ~3 years. The applicant will pay LWDD $10,000 annually for the first two years, $25,000 for the third year, and $250,000 annually thereafter if not removed.
