Montgomery County ESC Awards Technology Contract to Find Your Grind (July 2026)

The Montgomery County Educational Service Center entered into a Software Reseller and Related Services Agreement with Find Your Grind to resell its Innovative Learning Solution online service to Ohio educational institutions from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. MCESC will purchase licenses at a 10% discount from list price and is responsible for resale, compliance with pass-through terms, and student data protections.

Base term runs from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with no automatic renewal language; individual institution Orders under the agreement may renew through MCESC, and FYG may contract directly with institutions if MCESC fails to process renewals at least 30 days before Order expiration. MCESC may terminate early for cause, including data/privacy breaches or repeated failure to meet response times, and is entitled to a refund of reseller purchase price for the preceding three months after FYG’s material breach.
