The committee endorsed a ridership-based allocation of RM3 express bus operating funds that will direct a significant share to AC Transit for transbay and bridge-relief routes in FY 2026–2027 and provide additional prior-year RM3 funds as a zero-interest loan replacing BART feeder bus support.
