Edwardsburgh Cardinal staff propose that the CAO be authorized to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville to support funding for interior completion of a new daycare facility building in Cardinal. The arrangement would mirror a cost-recovery lease model used for the Paramedic Services building in Johnstown.
