Montgomery Council is asked to approve an Income Tax Collection and Distribution Agreement with the Sycamore Township–City of Montgomery Joint Economic Development District Board of Directors. Under the pact, the City will administer, collect, and enforce the District income tax and manage revenue distribution for the life of the JEDD.
