MNAA approved a Letter of Agreement with American Airlines, Inc. to fund construction of an expanded Admirals Club on future Concourse A, including up to $12.62 million to be reimbursed over 10 years at 5% interest. The deal recognizes $5.14 million of existing club value while committing American to lease the enlarged lounge and office space under standard terminal rental rates.
