The MNAA Board is requested to approve Amendment 2 with Messer Sundt JV to establish Component Guaranteed Maximum Price #3 at a not-to-exceed $130 million for enabling and footprint-clearing activities for the CONRAC and Parking Garage D at BNA. The progressive design-build contract now includes three CGMPs totaling nearly $289.7 million toward New Horizon II landside improvements running through September 2029.
