Through Ordinance 167-25, Medina plans to authorize the Mayor to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Medina County Board of Commissioners for sanitary sewer construction as part of the Blake Avenue Reconstruction Project. The agreement will define roles and responsibilities between the City and County for this infrastructure work.
