Description

The Fort Bend County Juvenile Probation Board entered into an MOU with Fort Bend Independent School District for operation of the Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program beginning August 1, 2026. FBISD will provide instructional staff, transportation from an FBISD location, and free or reduced-price meals, while member districts may reserve program seats for up to $25,000 per year with pro-rated charges for additional placements. The agreement runs through July 31, 2034 and automatically renews annually for up to eight additional years unless terminated earlier.
