The Winter Park Urban Renewal Authority proposes Resolution 22 to approve a Tax Increment Revenue Agreement with the Grand County Board of County Commissioners, granting the Authority 100% of designated County property tax increment and 40% of incremental 1.3% sales tax in the plan area for 25 years. These revenues, estimated to include $11.9 million in sales tax increment, will fund public improvements and support bond financing for the urban renewal project.
