Initial 10-year term beginning upon passage in 2026, with renegotiation option at year 5 and then annual renewals

Franchise has an initial 10-year term commencing upon passage. At the end of the first 5 years either party may notice intent to renegotiate at least 180 days before expiration of that 5-year period; if no agreement is reached, the franchise renews for successive 12‑month periods until either party provides 30 days written notice before the current renewal term expires. After 10 years, it renews annually for 12‑month periods until terminated with 30 days notice.
