Description

The City of Oviedo is considering an Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County to assign its share of the 5‑cent local option fuel tax for ten years to help fund the SR 417/SR 452 Seminole Connector Expansion Project. Under the draft terms, the Florida Department of Revenue would send Oviedo’s fuel tax proceeds directly to Seminole County for project planning, design, right-of-way, and construction costs.
