Long-term rails-to-trails lease with Perry approved

Ashland City proposes a 50-year no-rent lease with landowner David Perry to continue using an abandoned rail bed at 2009 Lynwood Gupton Road as part of the Bicentennial Rails to Trails walking path. In lieu of rent, the Town will redesign, construct, and maintain the trail and provide liability insurance coverage.
