District Plans Three-Year Staffing Agreement With Blazer Works

Three (3) years from Effective Date

Initial term is three years from the Effective Date, with no automatic renewal specified; either party may terminate the agreement without cause on 90 days written notice or for cause after a 30-day cure period. Individual assignments may be terminated on 30 days written notice, and the agreement may be extended to other agencies via cooperative purchasing with separate arrangements.
