County Drafts New MOU With Tangier Volunteer Fire Company

A new memorandum of understanding is being developed between the County and Tangier Volunteer Fire Company to formalize funding, staffing, and operational standards in the combined fire/EMS system. The agreement will supersede the prior funding agreement and can be terminated by either party with 60 days’ written notice.
