Accomack County and its Economic Development Authority granted Hampton Roads Sanitation District a Right of Entry over a 5,600 square-foot portion of Tax Parcel 101-5-A1 to facilitate construction, operation, and maintenance of wastewater transmission facilities for the Eastern Shore Infrastructure Improvements Transmission Force Main Phase 1 project. The access right remains in effect until the parcel is subdivided and gifted to HRSD or the grantors decline to convey and HRSD removes its installed facilities.
