Redwood Construction & Consulting submitted a $446,938.65 Change Order #2, plus a 20% contingency, for the Noroton Heights Fire Department retaining wall project to address hidden subsurface conditions and necessary support-of-excavation redesign. The Town’s requested $618,800 additional appropriation will help fund this expanded scope.
