Description

St. Clair County is considering a subrecipient agreement with BWROC – Blue Water Recovery and Outreach Center for up to $273,410 in opioid settlement funds. The one-year contract would fund transportation services and recovery program capacity from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 on a reimbursement basis. The program targets St. Clair County residents impacted by opioid use disorder and co-occurring conditions.
