The City of Stockton approved a standard agreement with KAAM Group Co. to supply and deliver aqueous ammonia for municipal utilities at a not-to-exceed amount of $105,000 from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The contract includes unit pricing of $1.20 per gallon and options for annual renewals up to a total four-year term with limited price escalation.
