The City of Stockton approved a five-year agreement with Hill Brothers Chemical Company, not to exceed $814,300, to supply and deliver 19% Aqueous Ammonia for the Delta Water Treatment Plant and well sites from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. The contract includes an initial price of $2.20 per gallon, with no first-year increase and capped annual adjustments thereafter.
