Concord Township is set to execute a Roundabout Maintenance Agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the Smithbridge Road Corridor Improvements Project on Smithbridge Road. Under the agreement, PennDOT will build the roundabout and the Township will assume long-term maintenance of landscaping, sidewalks, signage, markings, and lighting.
