City Council will enter into a reimbursement agreement with PennDOT for up to $4,000,000.00 in Preliminary Design work on the POGOH Expansion Phase 3 Project, 80% reimbursable by the state. Bike Share Pittsburgh will contribute $800,000.00 as the local match, with no Commonwealth Incurred Costs to the City.
