Issaquah staff propose negotiating a non-exclusive Memorandum of Understanding with Bird to launch an electric scooter share pilot program from July through December 2022. The pilot would test shared scooters as a mobility option, with Bird responsible for fleet operations and a possible one-year extension if the program is successful.
