The City of Morgan Hill will dedicate two utility easements to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) to allow undergrounding of overhead electric and gas facilities along Hale Avenue for the Upper Llagas Creek Flood Control and Hale Avenue Extension Phase 2B Project. The City Manager is authorized to execute and administer the easement deeds, enabling PG&E to construct and maintain its underground infrastructure outside the existing right-of-way.
