The City of Spartanburg plans to enter into a Development Agreement with Axio, LLC to construct an aviation headquarters facility at the Downtown Spartanburg Airport with a minimum private investment of $4,000,000. The City will provide a ground lease, site preparation, utility access, and certain tax abatements while Axio, LLC designs, finances, and builds the hangar and office facilities.
