TPO and UCF launch $2M arterial signal timing study

The Hillsborough TPO has partnered with the University of Central Florida’s Safe and Smart Transportation Lab on a $2 million-plus SS4A-funded project running from June 2026 to June 2030 to study arterial signal timing and speed management in Tampa Bay.
