Town of Tryon is considering a cell tower lease agreement with Cellco Partnership, dba Verizon Wireless. The initial term of the lease is 10 years, with annual rents of $21,600, paid at $1,800 per month. Annual rents increase 3% during the term. In addition, there is a one-time payment lump sum of $1,800 at the time of agreement execution.
