The Board of County Commissioners of Osage County is accepting Proposals from qualified firms of Certified Public Accountant(s) to audit the County's financial statements and perform agreed upon procedures for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

Osage County is seeking proposals for professional information technology services to provide support for all County information technology systems and hardware. The contract would be for an initial one-year term, with potential for annual renewals for a total of three years. Services include hardware/software installation, maintenance, and repair; server and network administration; IT infrastructure organization and disposal of old equipment; security protocol implementation; remote and on-site support; email system security improvements; development of new solutions for special projects; on-call support; and consultation services. The selected firm will also assist in developing the annual technology budget and acquiring/installing IT systems.

This project involves the construction of a one-story, 32,800 sq ft facility to house the Osage County Sheriff's Office, Emergency Operations Center, Dispatch, Evidence Lab/Storage, and an ambulance bay. The construction includes concrete and brick veneer masonry, structural steel framing, interior CMU partitions, TPO roofing, architectural casework, food service equipment, detention equipment, security electronics, and finishes typical for a detention center. It also includes a kitchen, laundry, vehicle sally port, intake/booking, prefabricated steel cells, sitework (stormwater management, site utilities, sidewalks, parking lots, grading, fencing/gates), mechanical work (ductwork, plumbing, sprinkler system, smoke control system, controls, rooftop units), and electrical work (panelboards, lighting fixtures, fire alarm, emergency generator, power, technology wiring, security systems). Additionally, a PEMB for the sheriff's outbuilding and a gravel impound lot are included.

Sealed bids are requested for the Wastewater Collection System Improvements project in Osage County, Kansas. The project includes sewer cleaning and CCTV, installation of PVC pipe, PVC liner, main to lateral liner connections, manhole covers and frames, and manhole lining. Bids are due by May 31, 2023.

Sealed bids are requested for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements project, which includes furnishing labor and materials for the collection and treatment system improvements. Principal items of work include lagoon dike construction and rehab, pipe installation, special structures, valve vault, and biosolids removal.
