The City School District of the City of Johnstown is authorized to develop and construct an approximately 2.5 MW solar installation to enhance energy efficiency, at a maximum cost of $11,000,000. The district is authorized to issue serial general obligation bonds pursuant to the Local Finance Law of New York, and/or enter into an solar energy performance contract and related financing documents, in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $11,000,000.
