The Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Johnstown Teachers' Association. The MOA represents a complete and final settlement of all issues proposed and negotiated for a successor collective bargaining agreement, spanning from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2029. This agreement is a successor to the existing agreement from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2026.
