Solicitation for Phase 1 Parking Lot Improvements in McKean County, PA.

McKean County Redevelopment Authority is soliciting bids for an ADA Improvement project at Medberry Manor. The project includes demolition and removal of existing asphalt pavement, concrete curb, and sidewalk, followed by the installation of new concrete curb, sidewalk, pavement, concrete paint markings, and ADA signage.

McKean County Redevelopment Authority is seeking bids for an ADA Improvement project at the Mount Jewett Library. The project includes relocation of electrical boxes, sidewalk removal and replacement, construction of an ADA parking area, and installation of an ADA entrance door. Bids are due March 31st, 2026.
