Since this work was not included in the original project scope, it will be handled through a new Change Order Agreement, which authorizes the additional work and associated costs. City increases vehicle lease budget for 2025-26

Budget amendment of $160,622 for the city to lease Enterprise vehicles for departmental use and to order four pursuit vehicles for FY2026. Includes annual appropriations for Public Works vehicles and Police vehicles which are three 2026 Dodge Durango's and one 2026 Toyota Tacoma, all including a Pursuit package of equipment.

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) to assist local governments in developing their comprehensive plans through its Local Comprehensive Plan Update Assistance Program. The division of responsibilities are outlined in the agenda item, and upon approval from the Mayor and City Council, the City will enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to receive these services.
